Ten questions, and the address to write to when yours is not among them.
Do I need an account?
No. Bravy has no sign-up, no password and no profile — you install it and start. That is also why there is nothing for us to look at: what you write down lives on your phone.
What do I need to practise?
A real iPhone with a working microphone. The whole point is a conversation you say out loud, so there is no way to do it silently. Headphones make the other voice easier to hear and keep it out of your own side of the recording.
How does a practice session work?
You pick a scenario, read a short briefing, and then you talk. The other side answers in real time and holds its position — it is meant to be a little difficult.
When you end the conversation you get a debrief built from what was actually said, quoting your own sentences back to you. From there you can retry the moment that went wrong, or switch chairs and hear the same conversation from the other side.
Bravy cannot hear me. What now?
Open iOS Settings, find Bravy, and check that Microphone is switched on. If that is not it, close other apps that might be holding the microphone — a call, a voice memo, a meeting app running in the background.
What does Pro include?
All scenarios, and a clearly disclosed monthly practice allowance. Bravy shows you the number before you buy and again in Settings, so you always know where you stand.
How do I cancel?
Cancelling happens with Apple, not inside Bravy: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bravy. Cancelling stops the renewal; what you have already paid for runs to the end of the period.
I got a new phone. Where is my subscription?
Open Bravy's Settings and tap Restore purchases — your subscription comes back. Your practice history does not: it lived on the old phone and never on our server, which is the same reason nobody else can read it either.
What happens to what I say?
While you talk, your voice goes to ElevenLabs, which speaks the other side. Afterwards the transcript goes to OpenAI, and that is where the feedback in your debrief is written. Nothing about the people in your journal is attached to it, and their real names never leave your phone.
The whole path, including how long anything is kept, is written out in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Delete all practice data, and Delete all journal data. Both take effect immediately and neither can be undone. Since there is no account, that is genuinely all of it.
Something is broken. How do I report it?
Write to [email protected] and say what you were doing, roughly when, and which iOS version your iPhone is running. That is usually enough to find it.
